LIVE DEMONSTRATIONS: During this event the Muscatine / Louisa County ARES team will be participating in the 2020 SET - Simulated Emergency Test from their mobile EmComm trailer participating in Operation Black Swan. Stop in and catch the action! See Emergency Communications and HF Digital Communications first hand.
