IRROTA - Iowa Railroad On-The-Air



Saturday, August 13, 2022 - The Muscatine Amateur Radio Club and Muscatine County ARES Team will be setting up and operating from the old Rock Island Depot in West Liberty, Iowa this Saturday from 8am to ???. Stop out and see us!


The Great River Amateur Radio Club is sponsoring an on-the-air event celebrating Iowa's rich railroad history. It is called IRROTA, or in other words, Iowa Railroads on the Air. The event will run through the months of July and August 2022.

Show up around 6:15-6:30 pm to eat before the meeting. This is an "OPEN" meeting. All are invited to attend.

Club Repeater - KC0AQS

The KC0AQS/R 146.31/91 repeater located at the Muscatine Community College campus.


The repeater is an open access machine for the use of all licensed amateurs.


The repeater requires 192.8 Hz CTCSS for access.
